Ecommerce Engine

The Dusza ecommerce engine is separated into three areas; product display, product ordering and payment gateway.

The product area of your ecommerce showcases all products for sale on your website. The products can be grouped into product categories. This area will contain all your product lines. Where the product list is likely to expand to large multiples of product lines an advanced search tool will be implemented and a tired navigation can be implemented.

Your ‘Shop’ will be designed to really push your products to shoppers and to up-sell more items (where able to do so) using features such as a ‘related products’ or 'best sellers'. 

Your ecommerce engine will be designed and targeted specifically to the audience and environment your business is in. The product area will be designed for pure ease of use. It will enable your customers to drill down and find their desired product within 3 clicks. 

Product ordering integrates to the Product Display and can extend its functionality to take credit card payments online, and additionally, cheque payments, invoices on account or Paypal and Google Check out payments depending your specific requirements.

Upon navigating to the checkout, the shopper will be able to view the totals of their order and remove an item/amend quantities in the case of an error.

The process for capturing all the shoppers details is as quick as possible automatically using their billing address as the delivery address unless the shopper desires to change it.

If you have opted for Voucher Codes this will appear in the checkout process for your shoppers to use.

The Content Management System will hold delivery information ready for shipping. The process will also create the user a members account with user name and password so that they may return and make further purchases more easily or log in to track the status existing orders.

A core benefit as a return customer being that by logging into their account they do not need to go through much of the billing / delivery options again as they have been saved. It also allows you to target specific information or promotions to registered users as a reward for making past purchases.

The ecommerce engine can also run as much of your back office administration as required from downloading daily Excel files of orders to picking lists!
